When you contact Changlybeauty by email or WhatsApp, you may provide contact details, project requirements and files needed to evaluate your enquiry.
How information is used
We use the information to review your request, prepare a proposal, coordinate relevant production partners and communicate about the project. We do not sell your contact information.
This website form
The current project form creates a message on WhatsApp containing the name, business email address, optional WhatsApp number, and short project description you enter. The website itself does not store the form submission. WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
Website measurement
Google Analytics 4 and the Google tag measure page visits, contact-channel clicks and when the project form creates a WhatsApp draft. Region-specific Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics and advertising storage denied by default in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland; advertising personalisation is disabled everywhere. Measurement cookies may be used in other regions. We do not send the project form contents, your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp message to Google Analytics or Google Ads. A click or draft is an intent signal, not proof that an enquiry was sent or qualified.
