We use actual samples to coordinate filling tests, container handling, closure selection, labeling and balanced line output.

  • Representative formula sample with viscosity and temperature requirements
  • Bottle or jar samples
  • Caps, inner plugs, liners or other closure parts
  • Final labels and package drawings
  • Required filling volume and tolerance
  • Target output and available utilities

Engineering note

Published water-based machine speeds are not used as cream-line guarantees. Output, nozzle design, product-contact materials and cleaning requirements are confirmed through engineering review and sample testing.

Typical production lead time

Approximately 30 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and deposit.

Complex custom configurations and complete lines may require additional engineering time.

A production line is a coordinated project, not a fixed bundle.
