Custom production-line project
Shampoo & Body Wash Filling Line
A configurable daily-care line for viscous liquids, pump or cap handling, labeling and end-of-line coordination.
Suitable projects
Designed around the approved pack
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Body wash and hand wash
- Pump, flip-top and threaded-cap bottles after closure review
Reference workflow
From empty container to inspected product
- 01Bottle unscrambling or controlled infeed
- 02Viscosity-matched piston filling
- 03Pump or cap feeding and placement
- 04Closure-specific tightening or pressing
- 05Round-bottle or double-side labeling
- 06Coding, inspection and packing handoff
Equipment directions
Individual machines to evaluate for this line
These are comparison starting points, not a fixed equipment list. Final selection depends on approved product, container, closure and label samples, followed by full-line bottleneck review.
Required inputs
Send samples before equipment is selected
We use actual samples to coordinate filling tests, container handling, closure selection, labeling and balanced line output.
- Representative product sample with viscosity information
- Production bottle samples
- Pumps, long-dip-tube closures, flip-top caps or threaded caps
- Final labels or dimensioned drawings
- Target filling volume and output
- Workshop layout, voltage and compressed-air conditions
Engineering note
Pump feeding, long dip tubes and viscous products require dedicated testing. The line configuration and balanced output are defined only after all product, container and closure samples have been reviewed.
Typical production lead time
Approximately 30 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and deposit.
Complex custom configurations and complete lines may require additional engineering time.
A production line is a coordinated project, not a fixed bundle.
Changlybeauty coordinates application review, manufacturing follow-up, acceptance testing and export delivery. Final specifications are based on approved samples, formal technical documents and quotation.
