We use actual samples to coordinate filling tests, container handling, closure selection, labeling and balanced line output.

  • Representative product sample with viscosity information
  • Production bottle samples
  • Pumps, long-dip-tube closures, flip-top caps or threaded caps
  • Final labels or dimensioned drawings
  • Target filling volume and output
  • Workshop layout, voltage and compressed-air conditions

Engineering note

Pump feeding, long dip tubes and viscous products require dedicated testing. The line configuration and balanced output are defined only after all product, container and closure samples have been reviewed.

Typical production lead time

Approximately 30 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and deposit.

Complex custom configurations and complete lines may require additional engineering time.

A production line is a coordinated project, not a fixed bundle.
